Paso a paso:
Steam the clams.
Sauté the langoustines in a little oil.
When they’re browned put them in a clay pot together with the clams and add two glasses of Fish Stock.
Add a pinch of salt, garlic and parsley.
Add a little more stock and leave it all to simmer over a low heat for about 20 minutes to reduce.
